Kate Griffiths
Kate has over 20 years’ experience in operational management and consulting positions in both the public and private sector. She worked at PwC for over 10 years where she reshaped Learning & Development for the UK Consulting practice and ran Genesis Park, PwC’s flagship internal global leadership development programme for the top 150 directors worldwide. Currently she combines being the co-founder of Art of Leadership, delivering bespoke leadership programmes and coaching for corporate clients and facilitation with Hay Group across the UK running leadership programmes.
